Discover Charente-Maritime from our charming 2-star family home, ideally located in the heart of the village. With all shops within 300 meters (bakery, tobacco bar press, grocery store), you will enjoy a convenient and comfortable stay just 3 kilometers from the beautiful beaches of Port des Barques and Ile Madame.

- The living room is the perfect place to relax with a TV, DVD player, and free Wi-Fi access.
- The bathroom is equipped with a towel warmer and a hairdryer, and there are separate toilets.
- Upstairs, you will find three comfortable bedrooms.
- Bedrooms 1 and 2 are equipped with a double bed and two bunk beds (90 cm), ideal for children. Bedroom 3 also has a double bed.
- A second bathroom with toilets is also available upstairs.
- Enjoy our enclosed and private courtyard of 47 square meters, with its shelter equipped with tables, chairs, and a barbecue for friendly outdoor meals.
- We also provide a secure storage room for your bikes.
- PETS: Small and medium-sized dogs accepted.
- Owners are responsible for any damages and must have liability insurance. €5 per night.
- Your surroundings: Our house is located on the main street of the village, providing easy access to the beaches and all the attractions of the region. Tourist tax is not included for guests over 18 years old, in addition to the stay.
- Yearly Rates:
- €1120 per week from 14/04/2024 to 06/07/2024: MINIMUM 3 NIGHTS at €160 per night (€480)
- from 01/09/2024 to 29/09/2024: MINIMUM 3 NIGHTS at €160 per night (€480)
- Minimum 3-DAY rental in low season.
- SPECIAL SPA PACKAGE (except July and August):
- €1000 for 2 people for 21 NIGHTS and €150 per additional person.
- €60 for 2 people for each additional night.
- Upon presentation of a thermal spa certificate.
- Upon request, baby essentials can be provided for €40: 1 child under 3 years old: crib, high chair, booster seat, changing mat, and bathtub...
- Option to rent sheets (€25 / set), household linen (€7 / stay), and towels (€8 / person). You can also choose the end-of-stay cleaning option for €120.
- PETS: Small and medium-sized dogs accepted.
- Owners are responsible for any damages and must have liability insurance. €5 per night.
- DEPOSIT: €800 by check + an additional €120 for cleaning (not cashed upon arrival).

Grande maison bien aménagée et confortable, bien équipée aussi. Très belle région, localisation de la maison très pratique, près des commerces et près de tous ces beaux sites, accueil très sympathique.
Maison donnant sur une rue très passante, avec des voitures dépassant très largement la vitesse limite de 30 km/h => danger pour les enfants ne restant pas sagement sur le trottoir. Ce serait bien que la commune fasse le nécessaire pour faire vraiment ralentir les voitures.
Séjour découverte de la région - Ile Madame, Rochefort, Brouage, Ile d'Aix - 2 parents, 3 enfants + 2 copains des enfants
Owner response :Nous vous remercions pour votre avis très positif.Nous avons été ravis de vous recevoir dans notre maison ou vous avez avec votre famille bien profité de votre séjour. La localisation de notre maison est c'est vrai,idéalement située pour découvrir la région(l'ile Madame,l'embarcadère pour l'ile d'Aix et Ford Boyard,la plage des Anses à Port des Barques,Rochefort,Brouage….) La maison en effet donne sur la route principale du bourg avec accés aux commerces.Vous avez raison,malheureusement les automobilistes ne respectent pas toujours les limitations de vitesse et cela est régulièrement signalé auprés de la mairie. Toutefois , la cour de la maison avec son portail sécurisé permet aux enfants de jouer en toute liberté. Dans la rue, les trottoirs sont bien aménagés et permettent aux piétons de circuler vers les commerces et le parking gratuit tous proches.
