The large living area on the ground floor includes the living room, kitchen and dining room. The lounge area, with its 2 sofas and its television, is dedicated to relaxation. Board games, DVD player, Hi-fi with Iphone-Ipod docking station and wifi connection, everything is provided to satisfy you. The kitchen, open to the dining room, is functional and well organized. It has many amenities (gas and electric hobs, electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances) and storage. The large dining room table is positioned in the extension of the kitchen. From the dining room you have direct access to the outdoor terrace. This south-facing terrace is protected by an awning.
