Welcome to the "MOULIN DE VILLEMONTEIX", a 2-star and 2-key tourist accommodation. This semi-detached house is located on a farm (farmyard animals, dairy farm with Jerseiaise cows and the opportunity to watch milking...), opposite a pond belonging to the owners (fishing rights for guests of the gîte) and next to a flour mill (you can visit the mill). Our gîte comprises : _- Ground floor: _1 living room with sitting area and open-plan kitchen (wood-burning cooker - wood provided). _- 1st floor: _2 bedrooms (1 double bed (140cm) and 2 bunk beds (90cm)) and 1 shower room with WC. There is a terrace adjoining the house and a terrace beside the pond, with garden furniture. We are located 25 km from Clermont-Fd and 12 km from Vulcania, at the gateway to the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne. Shops and services 8 km away (Pontgibaud). Other tourist attractions: close to the Anschald lake (fishing, swimming).
