Near Carentan, this wooden frame eco-lodge with its wood fiber insulation, solar hot water, wood stove, ensures excellent thermal comfort in all seasons. This independent and spacious house which can accommodate 5 to 7 people has on the ground floor, a kitchen open to the dining room, a large living room and since October 2022 a veranda, which overlooks the terrace and the garden on the south facade. The living room is equipped with two convertible sofas and a sliding partition which creates a real sleeping area. A separate toilet and a bathroom are accessible to people with reduced mobility. Located in the center of the ground floor, the wood stove will bring you its gentle warmth. Upstairs two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds, a bathroom with a toilet and on the landing a rest area with a bench. The facade faces south and opens onto a 40 m2 terrace with a veranda and an enclosed private garden, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. To the north of the accommodation, three parking spaces, in deactivated concrete, are available, including two under the carport near the charging station for electric cars Within a radius of 30 kilometers you will quickly reach the landing sites and museums, Utah Beach, Omaha Beach and the American cemetery in Colleville, Normandy Victory Museum in Catz, D-Day experience and Dead man's Corner Museum in St Come du Mont, Airborn Museum of Ste Mére Eglise, German military cemetery of La Cambe
