There is a bath room upstairs, and a shower on the terrace in the back with hot water. The main space downstairs is large, composed by first a very well equipped american kithcen, open on the dining room and the confortable living room. It offers as well a chimney brand GODIN. At the back, you find a large terrace with table, chairs, beach umbrella, barbecue. A very nice place where you can enjoy family life and wellness. In the front of the house, there is a garden which is practically always in sunshine, important in our part of the country !
