Nice, recent and carefully decorated house, ideally located near the beaches, town center, cinema, restaurants, and the famous and lovely Chaize woods. Quiet and green nice private terrace and entrance. Exposure West. Small stairs towards a courtyard (no grass but a kind of sand). You will have a living (sofa, armchairs, table...), a bedroom (160cm-bed, a desk, cupboard...) and a tiny independent kitchenette (fridge-bar, microwave, dishwasher, 2 induction hobs, sink and crockery for 2).            The suite is equipped with a bathroom with a corner bathtub (and shower) where you will find a towel dryer, hair dryer. Toilets are in the bathroom. Animals under conditions (see with the owner). Sorry, no cats please. If ok for your animal, 10€/night. One week stay (except agreement with the owner).
