The cottage is warm, bright and functional.It is ideal for spending holidays with family or friends. It is located 50m from a beautiful fine sandy beach, facing the island of Jersey. Close to shops (restaurant, bar, hairdresser, butcher, bakery). You can enjoy the sea, the haven of St Germain (eg the guardhouse) and take walks on the "customs officers' path (GR223). Very quiet area within a small seaside resort with a post of the SNSM (lifeguards at sea) in the summer season. On the ground floor, you will find the living room with its open fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and the lounge area (TV, sofa). A bathroom (with washing machine and dryer) and separated toilets. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with view of the sea (bed of 140cm each) and 1 bedroom with view of the garden (bed of 90cm)? you will also find an additional bathroom and separated WC. Outside: a terrace with picnic table. A parking space is available on the street. The gite "Le Coquillage" is in a large house, adjoining another gite "La Mer". Common part: Outdoor water point for returning from the beach and various cleanings. Enclosed garden with a swing and slide.  A key box is at your disposal to allow you an independent arrival.
