Located 10 minutes from Dinan and 20 - 25 minutes from the beaches, this house will make you happy for an ideal vacation. You will enjoy with family or friends all the comfort of this spacious house and especially its indoor swimming pool heated to 28° all year round just for you. It is accessible from your living room and at any time ; it measures 6.5m x 3.5m x 1.5m  deep : rest assured, it locks from inside the living room.                              On the ground floor you have a living room and the kitchen (work surface and oven adapted for people with reduced mobility) as well as its private bathroom and toilet. Upstairs you will find two beautiful bedrooms, one large with two 140 cm beds and the other with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. HIGHLIGHTS OF THE RENTAL : Sheets, bathroom linen, tea towels and hand towels are provided. The beds are made before the arrival of travelers. Free parking for 3 cars in front of the house in a private courtyard. All local shops within walking distance (bakery, butcher-caterer, supermarket, pharmacy, newagent). For weekend rentals : Arrival on Friday can be from 2:00 p.m. Departure on Sunday can be done for 4:00 p.m maximum. For weekly rentals during school periods : Mandatory arrival on Saturday from 3:00 p.m and departure the following Saturday by 10:00 a.m maximum. For weekly rentals outside school holidays : Arrival possible every day of the week. Our animal friends are unfortunately prohibited (even small and even adorable animals). We do not rent for just one night. Parties are prohibited out of respect for the neighborhood. Bath towels for the swimming pool must be brought back. PLEASE TO WELCOME YOU
