On the ground floor you have a bedroom (160x200 bed), a real independent studio with its kitchen area, its bathroom equipped with a washer-dryer machine and direct access to the garden with a sheltered terrace; its second independent entrance makes vacations with friends, extended family or older teenagers easier. Upstairs, you benefit from two spacious bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds that can be combined into a king size bed. With direct access to the terrace, the bathroom with its second washing machine-dryer offers two sinks, storage space, a very large Italian shower. The living room, also with direct access (2 large bay windows) to the terrace, offers you a remarkable view of the roofs, the Kérity bell tower and the sea.
