Located in a green setting on the banks of the Doux, this gîte is in an old mill. On the ground floor you have : - a fully equipped independent kitchen (dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave oven, toaster... and all you need to cook) - a living room with television - a bathroom with toilet and shower (90*90) + washing machine. on the first floor 3 bedrooms : - a room on the courtyard side with a 140 cm bed and a 130 cm bed. A large wardrobe. - a bedroom with a 130 cm bed and a small desk. A small library with books and games in case of bad weather. - a bedroom on the river side with a 140 cm bed, a large wardrobe and a desk. The house is surrounded by greenery, you have a garden with garden furniture as well as a private access to the River which flows down the property. Additional information     Our friends the dogs are welcomed free of charge. They are under your responsibility.     You can swim in the river (unsupervised bathing) and fish (fishing permit required). See https://www.cartedepeche.fr.
