Comfortable gite "Heart of nature" located on the second floor of a house of character for 4 people in a green setting near Arbois and Poligny. The entrance opens directly onto a large covered terrace with a view of the forest and the fields, and a large room with a fully equipped open kitchen (multifunction microwave, coffee maker, toaster, raclette, fondue, grill, pancake, bread maker, etc.). The living room is equipped with a table soccer, a home cinema, a Wifi connection and a living room table. The room is bright and you can sit on a large sofa. You will find a bathroom for each room with a view on the environment and the nature from the shower. The toilets are independent for the first room and common to the shower room for the second. You will benefit from a private washing machine and the dryer is shared with the owners. Two spacious and luminous independent rooms decorated with taste are at your disposal. (bed linen is provided). The first one has a bed in 140 x 190. The second one has a bed in 160 x 200. You will have an additional room away from the "leisure" areas where you can settle down to read a book, take a nap. You will be able to take advantage of the spacious exteriors without opposite at the foot of the lodging, (Swing, barbecue, tables and 4 corners lunch /apéro, transat) Local allowing to store bicycles. For the animals, to see with the owners. 2 nights minimum, possibility of seeing with the owners for stays not proposed. ( 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 nights ) The cleaning is 50€ for 4 persons. For weekly rentals, an initiation/discovery of Comtoise flavors is included. An evening "Saveur comtoise" will be proposed to you.  When the gite is rented for two persons : a closed room.
