Description

This pleasant authentic gîte made of blonde Périgord stone has been completely renovated and is ideally situated 5km from Sarlat and many sites to visit. It will seduce you with its comfort. Come and recharge your batteries in the peace and quiet of this charming house with a heated swimming pool set in a park with trees and flowers. Table tennis, children's games and board games. Free tennis at 200m. Hiking trails just in front of our house. Gas plancha/grill. Private furnished covered terrace. 6 comfortable deckchairs at the pool reserved for "Iris". Bakery/organic vegetables/food truck at 800m. From the private covered terrace, entrance to living room with wood burner, dining room, lounge, fully equipped independent kitchen, bathroom with shower and WC. On the first floor, the large master bedroom with a double bed and an extra heater. On the mezzanine, a second bedroom with a 120cm bed and a 90cm bed. Possibility to add a BB bed or the heater. La Maison de Lassagne, gîtes Les Iris et Les Roses, est située dans le hameau de Saint-André-Allas, à 6 km de Sarlat en Périgord noir, au sud de la Dordogne (Sud-Ouest de la France). Elle faisait partie du domaine de la Grande Borie. Nos gîtes tout confort (nouvelle literie, nouvelles salles de bains) sont aménagés dans l'ancienne grange rénovée, respectant l’authenticité et le charme des vieilles pierres blondes typiques de la région, au bord de la piscine (10X5), sécurisée et chauffée (du 15/05 au 30/09), orientée plein sud et à l'abri des regards. Notre maison principale a conservé son toit de lauzes d’origine (pierres sèches). Un jardin de 1 hectare, arboré de nombreuses essences offre des fleurs à profusion. Il invite à la flânerie, à la méditation… Table de ping-pong, jeux d’extérieurs, badminton et balançoires divertiront petits et grands ! Tennis et terrain multisports gratuits à 200 m. Boulangerie à 800 m. Vous êtes dans la plus jolie région de France, riche d’un patrimoine architectural et culturel inouï, dont la gastronomie est mondialement réputée. Un art de vivre comme on n’en fait plus ! Nous vous souhaitons des vacances inoubliables à la Maison de Lassagne !
