Charming detached house of 40 m 2, ideal for 2 people. This cosy house offers all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay.  You will find a fully equipped living room/ kitchen with TV, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and internet connection. A washing machine and dryer are also available in common.  The independent room has a large quality bedding in 180 cm, with the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided. Outside, you enjoy a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for your moments of relaxation.  The station of Sète is located about 5km from the rental. We offer a free shuttle service from the station, but depending on the day of your arrival.   PMR: Due to the layout of the site, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate people with reduced mobility and we are really sorry.  Daily rate:  100€ low season (October to March).  120€ mid season (April to June + September).  140€ high season (July and August).  Conditions of stay:  Minimum stay of 4 nights  10% discount on the whole stay from 8 nights Cleaning: 35 euros (regardless of the length of stay).  Tourist tax: 1.30€ per day and per person.
