Holiday rental for 6 to 8 people, 18 km from Aurillac The Gîte des 3 poiriers occupies an old house carefully renovated in 2021. On the main facade, you will see a small niche housing a statuette of the Virgin. This discreet heritage is the reflection of a custom which once had the function of protecting the house. This holiday home, with an area of 130 m² on 2 levels, can accommodate up to 8 people. A few stone steps will lead you inside. The living room on the ground floor, composed of a kitchen open to a large cozy living room, is the heart of the house. The large farm table, surrounded by its benches, sits in the center of the kitchen. Equipped with hotplates, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils and small appliances, the kitchen is functional and practical. Installed facing the fireplace and the television, the corner sofa with chaise longue invites you to relax and unwind. Convertible, it offers 2 additional beds, in addition to the 3 bedrooms of the gîte. The decoration mixes old and modern furniture, contemporary nesting coffee tables sit alongside a small rustic wooden sideboard. On the ground floor, you will find a first bathroom with an extra large walk-in shower. Upstairs, the second bathroom is just as comfortable. The cottage is equipped with 2 toilets and a washing machine. The 3 spacious bedrooms offer comfort and privacy. The “Carpe Diem” and “La vie est belle” rooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobes and shelves. Wallpaper with tropical vegetation and exotic animals, a section of green wall, the decoration of the “jungle” room draws its inspiration from the ends of the world. This room has 2 single beds and storage space. Children will enjoy this fun and comfortable space, while parents will enjoy the view from the balcony of the “Life is Beautiful” room. At the Gîte des 3 Poiriers, the beds are made upon your arrival and sheets are provided. On request, a baby kit is available to you.
