Cottage features: * A small entrance leads to the large bedroom upstairs and the rest of the house on the ground floor.  * On the ground floor, you have a bathroom with hydrojet shower  * an independent toilet  * a laundry room with washing machine and dryer  * a beautiful living room with open-plan kitchen with a large bay window overlooking the garden and a small room with a sofa bed that can serve as a reading corner or children's bedroom.  * The electrical appliances are complete and new.  * In the living area, there is a flat-screen TV. * Free Wi-Fi  * Your well-behaved and obedient pets are accepted upon request.  * The entire rental is air-conditioned. Bed linen and towels available upon request. * Baby cot and high chair available.  * The only difficulty is the steep straight staircase!  Our cottage is an ideal place to explore by foot or by bike the small roads towards the Loire and its many tourist sites, castles, museums, vineyards, troglodytes, etc. Located 25 km from Angers where you can visit its castle, museums, churches, and its botanical park Terra Botanica, and 30 km from Saumur, the capital of horses and a city of history with its castle overlooking the Loire, its churches and priories, its museums, not to mention the prestigious cellars of Crémant de Loire and its mushroom caves.
