Welcome to _La Grande Mettrie. _This old farmhouse is located in the heart of the Emerald Coast between Saint-Coulomb and Saint-Malo, in the calm of a hamlet. The 2-storey property is built of stone and has a courtyard, a terrace and a pleasant adjoining garden. There are many cycling and walking routes nearby. During your stay, you will enjoy a variety of landscapes : countryside, pond (Sainte-Suzanne, with direct access !), coastline...and even sea desert, when the sea withdraws far at low tide ! The town centre is 2.4 km away, the harbour of Rothéneuf and the entrance to Saint-Malo 3 km away. The Mont Saint-Michel is 45 km away (45 min by car, 2-3h by bike). The house can accommodate up to 5 people and is composed of :  * On the ground floor - living room with lounge area (TV and internet) - independent and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine) - an independent WC - A corridor with wardrobe * On the first floor - 1 bedroom for 2 persons (bed 140 x 190 cm) with wardrobe and desk area - 1 bedroom for 2 people (bed 140 x 190 cm) with wardrobe - 1 bedroom for 1 person (bed 140 x 190 cm) - 1 bathroom with shower and double washbasin - 1 independent WC. * The exterior - Terrace with garden furniture for meals, barbecue and parasol. - Courtyard with small garden furniture - Sunny garden with games - Possibility to store bicycles, pushchairs, kayaks, etc. in a secure shed on request. - Private parking in front of the house. Car required for travel. * Facilities and services - Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, wifi. - Sheets, towels and cleaning on request. - Baby facilities. - Animals accepted on request. * The owner Marie-Jeanne knows the region by heart. She is a native of the area and has even cultivated the land.
