Welcome to Viella Vacances !  We are situated in the lovely village of Viella in the magnificent region of the Gers in SW France. Choose from 3 guest rooms, each with ensuite shower room including a decent shower !  Each one has individually controlled reversible air conditioning - essential for those hot summer days!  Our rooms do not have a TV, so you can chill, but Wifi is available for those who can't survive without it.  Facilities include a guest salon with books and games and a well equipped kitchen area for use by our guests, Outside, why not profit from the pretty garden to top up your tan or perhaps read a book before taking a dip in the pool. Don't fancy going out in the evening ? You are welcome to make a simple meal using the guest Kitchen or try your skills on the BBQ on the covered terrace.  Private parking Room: Madiran  Our Largest room with kingsized bed (160cm). Exposed beams, so pay attention!   Velux Window Individually controlled air conditioning/ Heating Tea & Coffee making facilites  Shower room with toilet;    Viella Vacances - A super base for your holiday ! The village boosts a bar, superette, tennis courts, pool (july & August), several marked routes for casual rambles, along with  longer routes for the more serious hikers.  Viella is close to the race circuits of Nogaro (20km) and Aydie (8km), the Marciac jazz festival (25km)  Spain, the Pyrénées mountains & the Atlantic coast are all less than 2hours drive away;   The tour de France will be passing close by in July 2024.  Nearest airport is Tarbes (45min) Viella Vacances is located on the border of the Occitanie and Nouvelle-Aquitaine regions. The people here are passionate about their, culture, music, festivals and gastronomy (Wine & Armagnac, cheese, Gascon croustades and pastis, black pork, fattened geese and ducks, fruit and vegetables...).
