Located in a small village in Béarn, between the Aspe and Ossau valleys, the Binet gîte welcomes you for a peaceful stay in the mountains. This apartment, with a total surface area of approximately 70m², can accommodate up to 2 people. It is located on a working farm and adjoining the owner's house. Access is possible from both sides of the gîte, one overlooking the courtyard and the main access on the garden side. It consists of a living room of approximately 24 m² with television, sofa, dining table, and a fireplace. An equipped kitchen with access to the courtyard, a bedroom (13m²) with a 140x190 bed and two large cupboards, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Outside you will find a pleasant enclosed garden with trees with garden table, deckchair, swing with mosquito net and plancha. Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails are close to the gîte which is also 45 minutes from Spain. All windows have a mosquito net for added comfort. Possibility to rent your bed linen and bathroom linen at an additional cost. The cottage is not suitable for people with disabilities.
