We can accomodate up to 5 people Description: - a living-room opening onto the terrace with its built-in barbecue and the garden - a kitchen. Its appliances were bought in 2022. It is also opening on the terrace - a first bedroom with a 160cm bed - a second bedroom with a 140cm bed and, your choice: a BZ which can be unfolded or a travel cot for baby - a bathroom renovated in 2021 with walk-in shower - independent toilets - a pleasant 450m² garden is also at your disposal with a sheltered terrace and garden furniture: 8 persons table with its armchairs and 4 garden deck chairs You will be 100m far from the port Pedestrian walks, cycle paths, tennis and all shops are nearby. Supermarket: 1.5km.Ile d'Yeu pier: 2kms. Puy du Fou: 1h15 by car. Futuroscope: 1h30 by car. 2 cars can be parked in the garden. Sedentary people will enjoy the garden and the terrace, out of sight. Active people will be spoiled: joggers, cyclists, swimmers, surfers children's parks: it will need 2 to 10 minutes to reach your playgrounds games. I have available a list of bike rental companies. It could be necessary to anticipate. I live with my wife and my 3 children in the house next door and i work 4kms away. I like traveling, being out of place and being welcomed by hosts who are available and not intrusive. That's the reason why i like to receive as i like to be received.

Marié et Papa de 3 garçons, nous avons toujours profité de St Gilles grâce à notre maison de famille qui était notre résidence secondaire jusqu'à ce que l'on puisse s'y installer définitivement en 2022. J'ai acquis la maison mitoyenne en 2015 qui est donc à votre disposition.
