This 130 m² apartment is housed in a former palace built at the end of the 19th century, at the beginning of aristocratic seaside tourism. Both chic and comfortable, it promises an unforgettable stay in Saint-Malo. With the rhythm of the tides, you'll discover a different spectacle every day. You can do it all on foot, and enjoy the many beach activities on offer: sand yachting, surfing, windsurfing, paddle boarding, sea kayaking, and much more. * Interiors of this vacation rental (1st floor, no elevator) > As you step through the apartment's front door, you'll be immediately captivated by its spaciousness, and drawn into the living room with its exceptional sea views. > The living room, facing the beach, invites you to relax and share. > The modern, fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. You'll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals for family and friends. > The apartment offers 3 bedrooms. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms with a mix of antique and modern decor.One has a double bed (140x190), while the other, more suitable for a child with its desk, has a single bed (90x190). These 2 bedrooms share a shower room and an independent WC adjoining the shower room. To reach the third bedroom, you'll need to climb a few steps. This master suite, with its Japanese decor, overlooks the living room, offering a sea view. It features a queen-size bed (160x200) and a large dressing room. The adjoining bathroom, with its boat-deck parquet flooring, has a bathtub, double washbasin and separate WC. * Facilities and services > 1 private outdoor parking space for 1 car. > TV with Chromecast device. > Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning: €100> Linen is optional: 18€ per person (sheets and 1 big and 1 small towel / pers) > The 2 ground floor bedrooms do not have external windows but have windows facing the entrance area, which is bright due to its skylight ceiling. > A daily allowance of 40 kWh is included in the rental price. Beyond this allowance, a contribution towards energy costs will be required: €0.27 per kWh. > Reception is normally between 5 pm and 8 pm. Late arrivals possible up to 11 pm with a supplement of €40 to be paid on site. No check-in after 11 p.m. > A deposit of 800 € by bank pre-authorization (no debit) will be requested one week before your arrival. * A brief history The L'Émeraude Malouine apartment is housed in a former Saint-Malo seaside palace, the Hôtel Franklin, built in 1861. The building and its interiors recall the codes of a luxury hotel: beautiful historic facade, majestic and carefully restored entrance. * Accessibility As the apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator, it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
