In a quiet area, the house is completely independent with access from a large and a small gate. You will have access to the shaded garden, the large terrace and the balcony located upstairs. The villa is labeled for 7 people and benefits from a very beautiful surface area of 150m2. Designed for your comfort, it is fully air-conditioned, perfectly soundproofed and tastefully decorated, keeping the Provencal soul of the house and adding a touch of modernity. During your stay, you can enjoy the different living areas : - 2 independent kitchens with the main household appliances - 2 living rooms with dining table and 2 bright lounge areas with TV (+ Wi-Fi access, fiber) - On the garden level, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 other bedroom with 1 double bed - Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 120 cm bed and 1 other bedroom with 1 140 cm double bed - 2 bathrooms with large shower and washing machine Outside : For families, the house is fully fenced, allowing your children to play outside in complete safety. A closed shelter is reserved for your bicycles or motorbikes. There are numerous parking spaces in front of the house. For lovers of pétanque, an emblematic Provençal activity, a bowling green is located next to the house.
