The gîte has shared access with the owners to the garden opposite. Shops and services in Bagnols (4 km) and Lanobre (6 km). Located at the gateway to the Parc Naturel des Volcans d'Auvergne and the Sancy massif (downhill and cross-country skiing), "Les Marmottes" is also close to the Cantal and Corrèze départements.
