Entirely independent, with private terrace and direct but secure access to the swimming pool, this 70m² cottage, decorated and restored with care, is composed as follow: Ground floor: a living room with sitting area and sofa bed for 2 people, open plan kitchen (dishwasher, food processor, expresso...). Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and separate toilet. First floor: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a 160*200 bed and the other with 2 90*190 beds. Each bedroom has its own storage space (wardrobe and chest of drawers). The master bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV. The bathroom has a large Italian shower and an old-fashioned lion's foot bath. There is also a toilet with an integrated seat for the little ones. For your comfort, the linen is provided the first week: towels, flannels, sheets, kitchen towels as well as a kit including the basic products: soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, toilet paper, paper towels, tissue. And for the kitchen: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, breakfast tea, coffee filter, sugar in individual packaging. Large private terrace with table and seating area and a plancha. Just at the entrance of the terrace of the cottage is its parking space. There is free access to the park. The cottage can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
