The advantages of the accommodation
Description
Our gîte "le pigeonnier" is close to all tourist sites and amenities. It is located in an old farmhouse. It is located upstairs. With modern furniture, new, our cottage is very well equipped. It has a living room: living room with TV, hifi, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms: 1 with 1 bed 140/200 and 1 with 2 beds 90/200, a shower room with sink, shower and washing machine. You will find cleaning products as well as basic products in the kitchen. WIFI is available throughout the accommodation (free) and a work desk and at your disposal. It is particularly suitable for the reception of a young child (equipment provided free of charge). You have your private terrace with garden furniture You share with our visitors of the 2 other gites the private closed ground of 500m2 with playground, BBC, deckchairs and can park your car there safely. WIFI is available throughout the accommodation (free) and a work desk and at your disposal. You can come and visit our animals, to the delight of our dog Twix, who loves young and old. I provide bed sheets and pillows and bath mats. I can provide you as an option ( To ask me 48h minimum before your arrival) : * Bed linen (beds made on arrival): 10€ bed 1 person, 20€ bed 2 people, 2€ cot: bed sheet and fitted sheet *Towels: 6 € per person * Tea towels: 3 €. Cleaning is included in the price. A deposit of 300 euros is provided. The minimum stay is between 2 and 7 days depending on the period. I put at your disposal documentation to organize your stay and I am at your disposal to bring you personalized advice (I have good addresses for you!). An electric charging station for your car is available 200m and I put at your disposal a location for your bike. You can walk in the flowery village (2 flowers), criss-cross our hiking trail (9kms) and admire our castle.

Our property is located 15 minutes from the Bay of Somme (Saint Valery sur Somme, Le Crotoy), 7 minutes from the forest of Crécy, 5 minutes from the city of Abbeville which have many shops, a market. Amiens, with its Cathedral, its hortillonnages, its zoo and Nausicaa, the largest aquarium in Europe are 45 minutes drive, we are also located near the sites of the Great War.

Nous sommes venus, mon mari et moi, nous installer en baie de Somme suite à un coup de foudre pour cette belle région ; Nous avons acheté cet ancien corps de ferme en octobre 2020. J'ai ensuite quitté mon travail pour me consacrer à mon nouveau projet : l'ouverture de gîtes. Chose faite, "le pigeonnier" puis "la grange" et enfin en janvier 2023 "la bergerie" ont vu le jour. Je mets tout en œuvre pour que les voyageurs rencontrés passent un agréable séjour en prenant le temps de les accueillir, les conseiller pour qu'ils découvrent ou redécouvrent la baie de Somme.
