Domaine de Berrnou is a magnificent property set in unspoilt natural surroundings in the heart of the Lot-et-Garonne region. The estate is located in the heart of the valley, offering exceptional panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. With its vast outdoor spaces, you can enjoy moments of relaxation around the in-ground swimming pool while admiring the beauty of the landscape. The immense private grounds, bordered by forests, are a haven of peace, where you can explore fascinating troglodytic caves. Horses are welcome on site all year round. You can also sample the craft beers produced on the estate by Brasserie des Cèdres. High ceilings, generous spaces and large windows create a bright, airy atmosphere. The building extends over three levels, each with a floor area of around 150 m². The first floor features a large, bright living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the swimming pool. The second floor features two triple bedrooms, a family suite and a double bedroom. On the second floor, an additional double bedroom gives you more privacy. All are equipped with king-size beds, private shower rooms and WCs.
