Whether it's strolls by the river or relaxing moments in our garden, your pet can share these special moments with you. _ The House: * 1st Floor: Independent kitchen with dining area, large living room with fireplace, 1st bedroom with double bed (140cm), bathroom (bathtub), and separate toilet. * 2nd Floor: Second bedroom with electric double bed (160cm) and single bed (90cm), third bedroom with double bed (140cm) and two single beds (90cm), shower room (shower), and separate toilet. * Reversible air conditioning and heating with pellet stove. Large screen television (140 cm). The owners will be on site to welcome and assist you. The living room is also equipped with electric recliner sofas for optimal relaxation. The Grounds: * Large 2000m² plot with grassy and shaded area. * Children's games, sun loungers, garden furniture, and barbecue. Rates: * Week: From 300€ to 600€ depending on the season.
