_Large house ideal for stays with family or friends ! _ Independent house of 140 m² equipped with a wood stove, TV, internet, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, a fridge-freezer, a sofa and armchairs. Equipment for 2 babies (high chair, beds, changing table, deckchair). Ground floor : a living room, stay with corner kitchen, shower room, independent toilet and a first room (bed of 160x200 and a cot). 1st floor : a shower room, independent toilet, second room (1 bed 160x200 + a cot), a third room (2 beds 90X200), fourth room (2 beds 90X190). Electricity, a package 8kwh per day is included in the rental price beyond: 0.25 € per kwh Outside: closed private grounds, terrace, garden furniture, store, barbecue, parking for four vehicles. A few hundred meters is the dune cordon of Blainville and the wide sandy beach ! Just a little further, Agon Coutainville, seaside resort offers multiple services, entertainment. Free internet access. Maintenance products are at your disposal as well as blankets and pillows. Optional: - rental of bed linen (8€ per person) free of charge for baby beds - rental of towels (4€ per person) - cleaning package (price 2024: 100€) Mandatory, the rate of the tourist tax in 2024 is 1.05€
