The house have a spacious and very bright living room with direct access to the terrace, a dining room with a large table in old style. The independent kitchen has a dining area and a French window which gives access to the terrace. The furniture is modern and functional, and the quality equipment. Three bedrooms, about 13m² each one, are tastefully furnished and a very comfortable bedding. A bathroom of 10m² with a large shower, wc and bidet, a separate wc and a shower on the covered terrace at the back of the house.
