The private swimming pool of 9 m x 4 m is heated to 28°mini and secured by an electric roller shutter with a sunbathing area.the temperature may vary according to extreme weather conditions. The air conditioning is in all rooms of the house.  The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hand blender, chopper, cutlery and numerous utensils.
