The apartment is located in a domain composed of several chalets and a private pool, at 600 meter from the lake of Gerardmer (activities available: ice rink, pool, casino, congress center, sailing club,…), 750 meter from city center and all commodities (bakery, supermarket, shops, bars, discotheque, restaurants, shuttles to the ski resort,..). The apartment of standing, full south orientated, has a large balcony. It is composed of a large equipped kitchen (raclette/fondue machines, electric barbecue, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, multifunction oven, 4-elements induction hob, washing machine, kettle, toaster), opening into the dining and living room with TV.
