The rental is made up on the ground floor of the entrance giving access to a reserve, a garage and an extra bathroom for returning from the beach or fishing or cycling ... Upstairs you have a large, very bright living room with living area (television, board games, PS4 ...) overlooking the terrace, and the kitchen area (with everything you need including coffee maker, micro- wave, combined-freezing, dishwasher ...). On the second floor, a landing will serve three beautiful bedrooms, one with its private terrace with a splendid view of the sea ..! Outside you have a very large terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and its private SPA ..! The dream ! Note that there may be noises coming from the terrace of the restaurant-bar opposite, especially between July 14 and August 15 (bar activity to cease in 2021).
