Our house is built on the foundations of an old water mill located on a tributary of the Vilaine separating the departments of Loire Atlantique and Morbihan. So you can, without carbon impact, go from one department to another just by spanning the small bridge over the stream adjoining the house. The house with a capacity of 6 people (+ / 2) is composed of: An industrial style kitchen open to a dining room and a living room which are conducive to sharing convivial moments, especially since the view is impregnable on one of the ponds. A large 70m² terrace facing south and almost with your feet in the water will allow you to bask in the sun, have an aperitif, or have a meal lulled by the sound of the waterfall and the birds.
