Family house of 120m2 ideally located between the sea, shops, salt marshes and forest. This vacation rental is close to the village and shops and about 500m from the beaches of l'Epine.

The ground floor consists of a large kitchen (17m2) fully equipped (oven, induction, fridge freezer, coffee maker, nespresso, toaster, kettle, food processor ...), a relaxation area and a carefully designed living room. decorated and very pleasant on a surface of 40m2. There is also a master bedroom with a 160 double bed and its own bathroom and a toilet.

The rest of the sleeping area is upstairs. It includes a bedroom with a double bed 140, a second bedroom with a double bed 140 and bunk beds 90, as well as a bathroom with WC.

The house also has a beautiful landscaped garden with a large equipped terrace ideal for enjoying meals outside (relaxation lounge, table for lunch, deckchairs, parasols, weber barbecue).

Very ideal for a relaxing holiday, quiet, while being close to the beach (St Jean beach less than 10 minutes walk) and shops (about 5 minutes walk).
