Welcome to La Malouinière de Launay Blot.
Situated in the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, close to Dol-de-Bretagne and not far from Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale, Saint-Malo and Dinan, this historic estate, combining French traditions and exoticism, welcomes you in a peaceful setting. Next to the malouinière and the formal garden, the 5 mobile homes are scattered around a park dotted with tropical trees. A piece of local history will be told to you !

Whether you're a couple or a family, come and enjoy these comfortable 27m² accommodations, each with a small private terrace and a large park where you can put your feet up. You'll receive a warm welcome from the owner, Mr Mabile, who's always happy to share his tips and suggestions for places to visit.

• Roulotte Magnolia - for 2 adults (and a baby), not overlooked :

On stilts : a 3m² wooden terrace, a living room with sofa/kitchen (radio, 4 gas rings, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment), a bedroom for 2 people (140x200cm bed), a room for storing luggage or a cot, a private shower room, separate WC. All rooms are heated.

• Facilities :

Kettle, bed linen provided, beds made on arrival, 1st morning kit. TV and internet access available at reception. Baby equipment not provided.

• Outside :

Free private parking available. In fine weather, breakfast can be taken on the terrace. The courtyard - with its formal garden - and the park containing numerous varieties of palm and banana trees are ideal for a relaxing stroll. Both are freely accessible.

• Services :

> On your arrival, you will be given a presentation of the region and advice on visits and good addresses, both well-known and lesser-known, depending on the activities you wish to enjoy during your stay.
> A continental buffet breakfast is served on the ground floor of the Malouinière. The flower-filled dining room has several tables and overlooks the courtyard. Home-made products such as yoghurts, jams and crêpes are served. Fresh bread, buttery pastries, cheeses, cereals, honey, etc. complete the hearty breakfast.
> In the afternoon, refreshments are available at the bar/terrace.
> NEW Table d'hôtes in the evening: M. Mabile prepares a dinner for you, which may end on a note of rum! (main course, dessert, drinks)
> Foreign languages spoken: English

• The owner :

For 30 years, the family has welcomed you to the Launay Blot estate. Today it is the son, Mr Mabile, who welcomes you from April to November to rent out the guest rooms and caravans in the wooded park.

• Additional charges :

- Tourist tax (2022): €0.58 per adult/night
- Breakfast (optional): €10/person
- Table d'hôtes : 25€ / pers (dish, dessert, drinks)
- Cleaning charge: €50

• Accessibility :

The caravans are located in a wooded park. Cars, parked in the courtyard of the estate, cannot get to the foot of the accommodation. A few steps lead up to the caravan. This may not be suitable for some people with reduced mobility.
