_La Halte Cancalaise_ is a new house, in a quiet area, which offers all the comfort to spend pleasant holidays with family or friends. Located in a housing estate, _La Halte Cancalaise_ is ideally placed to visit Cancale and its surroundings. _The house can accommodate up to 6 people and is composed of :_ * Ground floor : - Beautiful living room with a modern open kitchen. This vast living space is bathed in light thanks to two large bay windows that allow direct access to the two terraces that this house offers. A living room and a sitting area with TV and DVD player - Single storey bedroom for 2 persons with Japanese decoration (bed 140x 190 cm) - Communicating shower room with Italian shower - Separate toilet * On the first floor : - 1 bedroom for 2 people with antique furniture in a classic atmosphere (bed 140x 190 cm) - 1 room for 2 persons with rattan furniture (bed 140x 190 cm) - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate toilet. * The outside : - Garden of 350 m2 is not fenced. - 2 terraces: one facing south is ideal for lunch, the other facing west allows you to sip a drink while enjoying the sunset. The house has just been built, the plantations have not yet had time to grow, but wooden fences have been installed for a little more privacy. * Facilities : - TV, washing machine, dishwasher, internet included - Optional linen kit at 18€ / person (bed linen and 1 large and 1 small towel / person) - Cleaning (compulsory): 85€. - Your pet can be accepted on request and with extra charge. The house is managed by a travel agency specialised in seasonal rentals, Archipel Evasion. > A member of our team will be there to welcome you on your arrival and make sure you have a pleasant stay on your departure. > A deposit of 300 € by bank pre-authorisation or by cheque will be requested one week before your arrival. * The owner : André shares his home with you, which he has decorated with the memories of a busy life. The house has been decorated with the memories of a busy life, combining the contemporary style of the house, its comfort, with the charm of the old furniture. Each room has its own subtle atmosphere, to satisfy all your tastes!

A member of our team will be on hand to welcome you. Their contact details will be sent to you a few days before your arrival. Arrival normally possible from 5 pm. After 8 p.m., a supplement of €40 is payable on site. No reception after 11 p.m. On your departure, a member of our team will collect the keys and make sure that everything has gone smoothly.

At the western end of the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, near Saint-Malo, Cancale offers numerous hiking trails (including the GR 34, the customs path), beaches, splendid views of its islands and its famous oyster beds. In the old town of Cancale, you will find shops, restaurants, grocery shops and galleries. The oyster market is open all year round at the harbour de La Houle, where you can taste them in all simplicity !
