The building dates back to 1663! In this vacation rental, you'll be perched on the third floor of one of Saint-Malo's oldest buildings, dating from the 17th century (1664). Public pay parking nearby.     Accessibility : The historic staircase (no elevator), narrow and with high steps unfortunately makes it impossible to accommodate people with reduced mobility.     Mandatory extras : - Visitor's tax (compulsory): €1.35 / adult / night (furnished accommodation rated 3 stars by Atout France). - Charges not included: electricity and water are billed according to meter readings and at the current rate.
