Equipped with all the comfort and located in the immediate vicinity of Europapark, Rulantica, Colmar, Strasbourg and Obernai. Ideally located in the heart of central Alsace to visit the Christmas markets, the wine route, the black forest, the castle of Haut Koenigsbourg... Easy and quick access to the bicycle route 15 as well as a garage for two wheels at your disposal.

Your air-conditioned accommodation is fully equipped on the 2nd floor without elevator.

Discover a warm and bright apartment, located in a building of 4 units, secure. It can accommodate from 2 to 4 people, and you will find everything you need during your stay.

The apartment is composed of an entrance with a closet, a large living room open on a lounge with a television and a sofa bed (140x190), a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a chest of drawers, a shower room and a separate toilet.

High speed Wifi available for free in the whole apartment with the possibility to connect to your favorite subscriptions on the TV.

The fully equipped kitchen will welcome you with a welcome kit including coffee pods "Senseo", tea, herbal tea, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, dish towels, sponge, salt-pepper, oil-vinegar, powdered sugar.

You have a private terrace, equipped with table and chairs and parasol.

One free parking space per apartment is located in the closed courtyard of the residence.

The entrance door is locked with a magnetic pass. For your security, the parking lot is under video surveillance. A charging point is available for your electric car.

Animals are not allowed.

Your relaxation being our priority, we want to welcome you in the best conditions by paying particular attention to the cleaning and preparation of your accommodation.

We have selected mattresses, bed linen and towels of hotel quality (Linvosges-Thiriez). Beds are made up on arrival and you will be provided with bath sheets, towels, bath mats, shower gel, shampoo and soap (Fair Trade).

Bathroom linen, bed linen and household linen are included in the price of the stay.

For long stays (more than 15 days), a compulsory supplement will be asked for bed linen (10 € per bed set), for bathroom linen (5 € for a shower sheet and a towel) and for cleaning (30 €).

Compulsory supplement for tourist tax : 0,80 € /adult /night.

Optional supplement for breakfast : 

-10 € per person (French style) including half a baguette, a pastry, butter, honey, jam, fruit juice, fresh fruit, hot drinks (coffee, tea, chocolate or milk), to be booked until the day before 7pm by phone.

-15 € per person (continental) including French breakfast + cold cuts or fish, eggs on request, assortment of cheeses, to be booked until 7pm the day before by phone.

Baby equipment, board games, ironing board and iron, plancha, raclette or fondue machine, crepe maker, available on request.

Optional extra meal kit: offering you raclette, planchette, dish of the day with local products, on request to be ordered 48h in advance.

Order your groceries at the Super U BOOFZHEIM Drive or by delivery. Please note that in Alsace, most shops are closed on Sundays.

Deposit by check or bank loan, taken at your arrival up to 1000 €.
