About this Holiday rental
Warm gîte of 76 m² in Lautenbach in a charming little village in the Guebwiller valley. Our village is ideally located in a green setting at the foot of the mountains. The snow shuttle passes through the village and can take you to Markstein. Our gîte is an independent apartment (private access) on 2 levels with a maximum capacity of 4 people (+ baby). On the ground floor the 30m² open living room/kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher and microwave. The 13m² bathroom has a large shower, WC, double sink unit, ironing board, iron and washing machine. Upstairs, a WC, a 10m² master bedroom with a large dressing room and a 140x190 bed, a 15m² bedroom with 2 90x190 beds. A private garden of 100m2 with terrace, armchair, hammock and barbecue is available all year round. The cottage is located near the Markstein ski resort Allow a supplement of 30 euros for heating during the heating period (+ in reality if the kwh package is exceeded) Bed linen provided Towels on request (1 large + 1 small towel + 1 washcloth): 4 euros per person. Non-smoking cottage Free baby equipment on request Animals accepted under conditions: do not leave the animal alone in the gîte, do not go upstairs and bring its own bedding Possibility of storing bicycles, roof box or other in the barn adjoining the gîte

Le gîte est très bien rénové et fonctionnel. On a beaucoup apprécié le gîte bien agencé et agréable dans un endroit calme avec un joli jardin avec vu sur les montagnes. On a très bien dormi avec une bonne literie. On remercie les propriétaires pour leur accueil très chaleureux et simple. On recommande le gîte très bien pour une famille et très bien situé pour visiter la région.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette région magnifique dans ce gîte au calme dans une vallée.

Rien du tout, absolument rien
Beau gîte très fonctionnel, agencé et décoré avec goût. Au calme, situé au pied du massif du ballon. Hôtes très chaleureux et attentionnés

accueil chaleureux dans appartment tres calme renove avec gout et confort. aevc un grand jaradin prive au centre du village pres des commerces et restaurants au pied des vosges a proximite de la route des vins
sejour tres agreable et reposant..appartement neuf .. espace exterieur prive au calme a quelques dizaines de metresde la c ollegiale

Gîte très propre et bien agencé, bien situé sur la route des vins
rien ne nous a déçu
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, un gîte trsè bien rénové, des propriétaires (couple et enfants) très sympathiques et chaleureux,
Cet hébergement est très spacieux, moderne, bien aménagé et confortable. La terrasse est très appréciable ainsi que la grande pièce à vivre. Si vous aimez la nature, le calme, les randos à pieds avec du dénivelé, et passer de bons moments de vacances, vous recommandons de venir à Lautenbach. Vous êtes en Alsace, région riche par ses villages pittoresques le long de la route des vins, très proche. Vraiment, nous vous recommandons de venir ici.
Nous venons de passer un très agréable séjour dans ce gîte et cette région.
