About this Holiday rental
Gite Chez Jean is a self-catering cottage located in Saint-Hippolyte offering a private terrace. It is 7 km from the Castle of Haut-Koenigsbourg and 10 km from Sélestat.
In Saint-Hippolyte on the wine route of Alsace, at the foot of the Castle of Haut-Koenigsbourg, on the 1st floor of a house. Air-conditioned cottage with, 3 single rooms, it private parking and it private terrace with view on the castle.
Rental possible in 3 version : version with 1 bedroom (2 people), version with 2 bedrooms (4 people) or version with 3 bedrooms (6 people).
The rental for 2 persons corresponds to the use of 1 single room with 1 double bed. (2 bedrooms are closed)
The rental for 4 people corresponds to the use of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed. (1 bedroom is closed)
The rental for 6 people corresponds to the use of the 3 bedrooms.
In all versions the cottage is completely for you booked. There are not other people staying.
Prices : (March to October)
The prices indicated are prices excluding tourist tax.
97 euros per night for 2 people with 1 bedroom, charges included, tourist tax extra. (3 nights minimum).
117 euros per night for 3-4 people with 2 bedrooms, charges included, tourist tax extra. (3 nights minimum).
137 euros per night for 5-6 people with 3 bedrooms, charges included, tourist tax extra. (3 nights minimum).
Deposit :
A security deposit of 160 € is required on day of arrival to cover the cost of any damage. It will be refunded if nothing is reported, broken or lost.
Contract:
A rental contract is made in 2 copies. 1 copy will be returned to us signed, accompanied from the deposit (25 %).
Cleaning :
Final cleaning on departure is done by the tenant before the exit. In case of cleaning not done the cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.
Possibility of cleaning fee at the end of stay: 60.00 € with supplement.
Pets not allowed - Non smoking rental.
Payments: Transfer, cash, checks (French only) - Credit card not accepted.

Excellent séjour dans un gîte spacieux et d'une propreté irréprochable. Très bien situé et disposant d'un grand confort.
