Come and discover this pleasant one-level house, a few miles from Sarlat.
Located in a natural and relaxing environment, enjoy a quiet holiday, where you can relax and refresh yourself in the private swimming pool.
Ideal for a stay with friends, family or as a couple, the gîte has a capacity of 4 people.
Our house of character is composed of a living room with television, two bedrooms with a bed in 140 for the first and the second with two single beds. A bathroom, independent toilet. A kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, ... A washing machine is at your disposal. Sheets and cleaning are included.
Outside, a large terrace with deckchairs, a barbecue and the swimming pool. A car park is available for your car.
Pets are welcome.
The gîte is ideally located and close to numerous activities and places to discover (zoological reserve, canoeing sites, etc.).
