Le Gîte de Gamel is a magnificent holiday home in the countryside just 10 minutes from Villeneuve-Sur-Lot in Lot et Garonne. The property is ideally located in the heart of the Lot valley with an exceptional panoramic view not overlooked and an in-ground swimming pool of 17 x 6 meters. This country house offers you all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. As soon as you arrive, you will be welcomed in the entrance hall leading to the common rooms: a beautiful closed dining room accommodating up to 10 people, a large fully equipped kitchen and two living rooms. The large main living room with its fireplace and access to the panoramic terrace, then the completely isolated television area for more peace and quiet. Upstairs you will find 3 suites with 160x200 bedding, a private bathroom with toilet and a dressing area each. Finally, a 4th bedroom in the old dovecote has a 160x200 bed and upstairs a 90x190 bed. A final independent bathroom with toilet is accessible on the same floor. We offer travelers a quality service with the provision of table linen, towels, bed linen with beds made on arrival and cleaning service included. The exteriors are splendid and give access to a large in-ground swimming pool, an open garden with fruit trees, a pétanque court and finally numerous terraces around the house.
