Located in a former spa resort, this mansion with an area of 250 m2 is a pied-à-terre with maximum comfort, with its large reception capacity and its top-of-the-range services. This tourist accommodation on 3 levels is likely to receive in remarkable conditions up to 15 people just 20 minutes from Aurillac. Baptized “Le Castel Blanc”, this completely renovated house includes, among other things, on the ground floor a large living room, a large and beautiful dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with pantry (including an espresso machine, a cookéo appliance, a fryer, a plancha and a raclette grill). The 7 double bedrooms (bed 160 cm or 180 cm x 200 cm) and the single bedroom (120 cm x 200 cm) guarantee maximum privacy. The double bedrooms have a bathroom with a shower, a bathtub and a WC, while the single bedroom has its own shower room. All baby equipment is also available on request.

What also makes this very spacious accommodation solution unique is the simply exceptional environment in which it is located. This holiday home for a large family, a group of friends or a professional gathering is nestled in a sumptuous green park of more than one hectare in area. In addition to the view of the surrounding mountains, it has spaces dedicated to relaxation such as a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. When you are not sharing an aperitif in the garden furniture, you have plenty of time to entertain yourself, given the many activities available: pétanque court, ping pong table, football goal...


Do you want to relax above all else? You are spoiled for choice between hammocks and deckchairs that can be positioned in the shade or in the sun. At lunch or dinner time, you also have the possibility of using the barbecue and concocting delicious Auvergne meats, among other things.

We are thinking first of all of the fabulous Gorges de la Jordanne and Pas de Cère, two grandiose natural environments that you will undoubtedly not fail to immortalize in a photo! To marvel at other landscapes, we invite you to visit the Rocher de Carlat and the summit of Puy Griou. In the first place, a playful experience of virtual reality is offered to visitors, allowing them to learn a lot about the history of the fortress that once stood there.


During your stay, you could visit the Château de Pesteils, an emblematic work in Cantal, take a trip to Aurillac, the prefecture of the department, without forgetting to explore Mur-de-Barrez. This last destination particularly seduces travelers with its beautiful basalt houses, its Monaco gate and its Saint Thomas of Canterbury church.

When you put down your suitcases in Vic-sur-Cère, there is no risk of being bored for a single second, whatever your tastes in terms of leisure. During your stay, we particularly recommend that you stop off at the town park, which houses children's playgrounds as well as fitness equipment. During a weekend or an organized holiday in winter, do not hesitate to plan one or two days at Lioran, a ski area which is full of slopes suitable for beginners as well as for the most experienced skiers. Throughout the year, you have the opportunity to indulge in hiking. A way to escape while enjoying the diversity of Carladès landscapes. Among the attractive walks, there is for example the one leading to the Chambeuil waterfall from Laveissière.


Thrill-seekers should head for the karting of Pers, west of Aurillac, or take advantage of their stay in the region to go to the climbing site of Carlat.

They are a room in which to store the equipment of ski equipment or other board sports, a place suitable for storing bicycles and the necessary to accommodate returns from fishing, a passable leisure activity in particular on the Truyère and the Sarrans dam lake.
