You're just 30 km from Dijon, Beaune and the Morvan region.</font></font></font> <font face="Palatino Linotype, serif"><font size="2">The house is located on the outskirts of the village, next to the owner's house, and is completely independent. You can park your car in the closed garage (or in front of the house).</font></font> <font face="Palatino Linotype, serif"><font size="2">Entrance is via the living room, which opens onto a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. These rooms provide access to an outdoor terrace. A small corridor leads to an independent toilet, a laundry room and direct access to the garage.</font></font> <font face="Palatino Linotype, serif"><font size="2">Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet. All these rooms are independent of one another. One bedroom has a 140x190 bed and an 80x200 bed. The other has 2 electrically-controlled 80x200 beds that can be combined to form a 160x200 bed.
