In the center of the Nièvre, near the Canal du Nivernais (5 km), in a green setting with a view of the Morvan, near the municipal ponds for fishing and swimming (supervised in summer), numerous mountain biking and hiking or fishing. We have created this comfortable 2-room gîte, located in half of the old barn: • on the ground floor: living room with American kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, mixed coffee maker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher (washing machine in the basement), lounge area with single sofa bed, television and WiFi • upstairs: large bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and WC. Please note, this cottage is not equipped for people with reduced mobility. Heating and electric fireplace Household linen and sheets provided (beds are made on arrival). Private parking for your vehicle, and a closed shed for your bicycles or fishing rods (fishing card for the municipal pond offered) For your relaxation and your comfort, you have 2 private terraces, a small shaded one in front of the house ideal for breakfast, and in front of the green space a large sunny one for a quiet evening. You can freely access the garden and a vast green space with its play area for children, a table and deckchairs are at your disposal for relaxation, sunbathing, or reading. Under the small lean-to of the large terrace, you have a garden furniture with barbecue, deckchairs... If you are accompanied by your favorite animal, please note that this green space is not completely fenced. Come and recharge your batteries in this beautiful Burgundy department which has been somewhat forgotten, despite the diversity of its superb landscapes (Morvan regional natural park), its surrounding lakes and rivers offering a great possibility of swimming, fishing or water sports (Settons , Baye, Decize, etc.), without forgetting the various canals for cycling or boating (rental possible). Its archaeological richness (Bibracte), the Cluniac sites (La Charité), the Romanesque architecture, and its gastronomic diversity with in particular the wines of Pouilly-sur-Loire and Sancerre.
