Discover the charm of the Brittany’s countryside in our delightful seasonal rental cottage in Lanrodec. Nestled in the heart of a peaceful environment, in a hamlet on the edge of the Avaugour forest, 4km from the center of Lanrodec, this property offers an ideal setting for a getaway for two (but can accommodate up to 4 people).
Completely renovated in 2024, at your disposal:
On the ground floor a friendly space including a comfortable living room with wood stove (for the off-season period), TV, dinning area, a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals, as well as a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a toilet for greater convenience.
Upstairs, you will find an open mezzanine bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children or close friends, as well as an independant bedroom with a 160cm double bed. For nomadic workers, an office space is also available. A bathroom with shower and WC completes this floor.
Outside, in addition to a terrace equipped with table and armchairs, you can enjoy a vast garden with flowers and beautiful trees, where deckchairs will welcome you for sunbathing, unless you prefer a shaded corner. Barbecue available.Located in Lanrodec, this house offers easy access to the natural wonders of the area, whilst providing you with a peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Explore the surrounding area, discover the beauty of the Brittany's landscapes and soak up the tranquillity of the countryside.

Très joli gite, très bien équipé, propre et très confortable. Nous sommes très contentes de notre séjour. Le petit plus : des petites attentions des hôtes à notre arrivée et toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. Le jardin est magnifique !

La fibre est en train d'être déployée dans notre village, ce qui devrait grandement améliorer la connexion internet (dès la fin de l'année). Une nouvelle antenne a été installée au printemps à proximité du gîte ; espérons que Orange rejoindra les réseaux qui l'utilisent déjà, comme Bouygues.
Convivialité, propreté, calme, dépaysement
Un très agréable séjour, avec des propriétaires très avenants. Idéal pour se dépayser et passer de bonnes vacances.
