This detached house from 2011, including 80m² labeled for 5 people, is dedicated to rental for a comfortable and quiet stay.
The rental consists on the ground floor of a spacious living room with television / fitted kitchen (with all the necessary equipment: 4-burner gas hob, oven, coffee maker, microwave, combined freezer, dishwasher ,...) and WC.
Upstairs, the landing leads to 2 independent bedrooms of 10 m2 each: one with 1 bed of 140 and 1 of 90, and another with a 140 bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Outside, you have an enclosed garden and a large terrace equipped with a lunch area (table, 6 chairs, parasol, barbecue)... everything for relaxation!
