About this Holiday rental
In the former shipyard of our great-grandfather Ernest, helped by his wife Louise, our parents designed a cottage/a “gîte” and a loft in 2016. It is an ideal place for those looking for tranquillity by the sea.
The cottage is a 15-minute walk from Isle of Callot and 15 minutes by car from Morlaix and Roscoff with access to the Island of Batz by boat. Beautiful walks and hikes (GR34/customs trail in particular) and unrivalled fishing spots can be discovered around the gîte.
Single-storey gîte for 2 people:
Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, kettle etc.
Living room and dining area with library and sofa.
Bedroom: 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 (or 2 x 80) and a bathroom with WC.
Services and equipment: TV with DVD player, WIFI, library, washing machine, dryer, sheets and towels provided.
Exterior: South-facing terrace, private parking, garden furniture, barbecue, bicycle rental (2).
