The icing on the cake : a ground-floor flat. Access to Le Minihic beach is direct from the residence (just a few steps). Private parking is available. You will be welcomed on arrival.

The flat is located in the very quiet district of Rothéneuf. Saint-Malo station is a 10-minute walk or bike ride away, and the city centre "intra-muros"  is a 10-minute drive or 15-minute bike ride (cycle paths), or a 50-minute walk via the pleasant Sillon dyke. Shops 5 minutes away.

The seasonal rental of 52m² for 1 to 4 people comprises :
