Welcome to Jack’ Inn, a completely renovated family house of 69 m², with terraces and a quiet garden. Located in the heart of the city, close to all shops.

The house consists of a large equipped kitchen, a walk-in shower, separate toilets, two bedrooms and a living room. You will be a 15-minute walk from the RER B, Arcueil Cachan station, which will take you to the heart of Paris in 20 minutes. This house is ideal for both a tourist stay and a business trip.

Warm and very bright, the house will provide you with all the comfort you need for a pleasant, peaceful stay, while being only 5 km south of Paris.

The house includes:

Kitchen open to the living room: leather sofa, 43-inch TV, buffet, games for children and PS4 available. Equipped with microwave, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, pots, pans, kettle, toaster bread and a Nespresso coffee machine. All necessary kitchen utensils are provided for you to cook.

Entrance: separate toilets with hand basin. The first two rolls of toilet paper, a small hand towel and liquid soap are provided upon arrival. The entrance also has a small bench and a coat rack.

Corridor serving two bedrooms and a bathroom:

Glass bedroom: blackout curtain, two 90x200 beds, bedside table, two wardrobes with wardrobe and drawers, 32-inch TV, desk and chair. New bedding with pocket spring and memory foam mattresses, offering comfort and balanced support.

Bedroom with queen size bed (160x200): wardrobe with wardrobe, shelves and drawers, two bedside tables, two windows with blackout curtains. New bedding with pocket spring mattress and luxury memory foam, firm comfort, thickness 30 cm.

Bathroom: large walk-in shower with rain shower and hand shower, unit with sink, mirror, towel dryer and storage column. Bath linen provided per person: a towel (50x100 cm) and a shower sheet (70x140 cm).

Laundry room: washing machine, dryer, drying rack and sink.

Granite paved terrace: three-seater bench and small coffee table.

Parisian paving stone terrace: octagonal wooden garden table with four chairs. Parasol and plancha available only for the summer period.

A small town garden completes the exteriors.

Check-ins and check-outs will take place in the presence of the owner. The owner lives 100 m away, on the same plot. Note the presence of exterior cameras on the site for your security
