Description:
Stone house (60 m2 interior) located in Escales, near Lézignan-Corbières, between Corbières and Minervois, between the city of Carcassonne and Narbonne. The property, which used to be used for seasonal harvesters, has been completely renovated and furnished with care. The main facade is to the south.
On the ground floor there is a patio furnished with a garden furniture, a French billiard room with a high-end sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and separate WC.
Upstairs, you will sleep in a furnished room with a double bed; A sliding glass door separates it from the fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto a sunny terrace (garden table) with a view of the rooftops of the village and the mountain of Alaric.

Nous avons apprécié le calme de ce joli petit village avec des gens accueillants.

Owner response :Merci pour votre commentaire. Pour information nous disposons de deux autres logements de plain-pied dans la commune voisine de Tourouzelle pour ceux qui souhaitent éviter les escaliers.
Le patio et la terrasse ainsi que la déco contemporaine. Le billard est un plus pour les amateurs.Peu de commerces mais la boulangère(pain excellent) et l'épicier (poisson frais le vendredi) sont d'une gentillesse peu commune.
rien de négatif même en hiver.
Séjour parfait dans un très beau duplex lumineux, un village calme mais proche de tous les lieux touristiques ainsi que des villes.
